INVITATION FOR WORLD SHOHIN PHOTO AWARDS

Dear shohin bonsai lovers,

We are very honored to invite you to participate in the “World Shohin Photo Awards”. This will be the beginning of commemorations for the 40th anniversary of Gafu-ten in 2015. In this contest, shohin bonsai lovers can send a picture of their work to our association. All the pictures will be displayed at the 40th Gafu-ten exhibition and a judging committee will award prizes to the best entries.
If you would like to participate to this contest, you can submit a picture of your shohin bonsai work, including description details, electronically. The entry fee can be paid via PayPal.
We would be glad to see your entry! Join in on the celebration of 40 years of shohin bonsai!

Period : January 8 – 11, 2015 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.(3:30 p.m. on 11th) Venue : Miyakomesse, Kyoto
Entry deadline : November 30, 2014
Entry fee : 3,000 yen per one display(includes cost of printing your picture for display)

Entry work : shohin bonsai (less than 20 cm for its height) Picture size : more than 3,000 x 2,000 pixels Desirable Details :
- your name, email address, address(city, country)
- society(association) to which you belong
- name and height of a tree(species)
- pot maker(name, country) ... etc.
