Another interesting styling post from Jan Culek's blog http://akirabonsai.blogspot.com/
This time is a styling progression of a huge bunjin/literati pine.
There's no explanations, but the images are speaking volumes all by themselves.
The re-positioning of the lower jin made a lot to improve the visual effect in the end i.m.o.
The way it was re-positioned too was pretty interesting, simple yet effective.
Another masterpiece in the making.
I wonder if Jan has already given a nickname to the "little" guy ?
If not I could suggest Nobori ryū (昇り竜) which translates as "Rising Dragon"
